DR STEPHEN D BALL
BDS
Principal Dental Surgeon
Stephen qualified from Sheffield University in 1990 and has worked in the current premises since 1997. Changes in the practice led to a rename and in 2006 Precision Dental Care was formed with Stephen as the Principal Dentist.
Stephen has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry and holds a postgraduate certificate in Cosmetic Dentistry and Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry.
Since 2009 he has spent a large amount of his time straightening teeth using the cosmetic alignment system Six Month Smiles.
In recognition of his experience in this field he was a Six Month Smiles Mentor dentist. This means that, as a Mentor, Stephen teaches other dentists how to provide Tooth Straightening services for their patients.
When not straightening teeth and improving your smile you may catch Stephen on the golf course.

JEMMA BOOKER
BDS BSc(Hons)
Dental Surgeon
Jemma qualified from the University of Manchester in August 2010 with her BDS after initially completing a BSc(Hons) in Biomedical Materials Science in 2005 and since then has worked in the Rotherham area.
She joined the team here at Precision at the beginning of April 2018, currently working for the practice on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Jemma has a keen interest in furthering her knowledge and skills in Restorative Cosmetic Dentistry and also Short Term Adult Orthodontics and offers the 6 Month Smiles and Invisalign treatments to patients.
Outside of dentistry, Jemma enjoys spending time with her family, taking her dog on walks and also hitting the gym to achieve her fitness goals 3 times a week.
She is a friendly, approachable team member who is driven by delivering good all round patient care.

Dental Surgeon & Implantologist
Andrew qualified at the Leeds Dental Institute in 2001 and is dedicated to providing good quality family dentistry and cosmetic treatments. In addition to this he has a keen interest in Conscious Sedation techniques having completed a diploma in this subject. This allows him to provide gentle but comprehensive dental care to even the most anxious patients. His style is to be friendly and approachable so he can communicate with his patients and ensure that everyone is working towards the same common goal. The most important thing to him is that every patient goes home smiling.

MISS POLLY RENNISON

Dental Hygienist/Therapist
After undertaking work experience in 2011 at Churchfield Dental Centre and then joining the team as a trainee nurse after finishing school, I developed a great interest in Dentistry.
I decided to further my career and studied Dental Hygiene and Therapy at the University of Sheffield, qualifying in 2017.
I enjoy all aspects of this profession, especially working with children.
I was honoured to be awarded the British Society of Paediatric Dentistry Prize for South Yorkshire in my graduating year.
I champion Oral Health Education that is tailored to each patient’s needs, as I believe that this is the best way to achieve healthy teeth and gums for life.
TRACY SEELEY
Practice Manager
Tracy joined the team at Precision Dental in June 2016 as our Practice Manager.
Tracy has worked within Healthcare for over 25 years across many areas from Secondary Care Finance & Commissioning to Primary Care GP & Dental Contracting & Support. In the more recent years devoting her skills to assisting Dental Practices to implement and maintain good practice management and help them to meet CQC compliance requirements.
Tracy has proven experience in a managerial and team leadership within a dentistry environment. She has the drive to help our practice grow and operates effective day to day financial and operational management of the practice and our team, whilst ensuring that the needs of our patients are being met.
Tracy thoroughly enjoys running marathons to raise money for several charities such as Macmillan Cancer, Alzheimer’s Society, Diabetes UK and her main charity – Cardiomyopathy UK, and is also a keen golfer.
