Everyone hates pain including me, and if you’ve ever endured dental pain, you know how excruciating it can be. Your teeth are a vulnerable, sensitive area of your body, so the threat of dental pain and discomfort is very real.
Some people don’t attend the dentist as often as they should, and only attend when they really have to, when a dental emergency strikes. Some people attend regularly, but dental problems can still happen. Some don’t attend because of their fear of the dentist, and when they have dental pain, their worst fears come to a head – the pain, anxiety, needles, the drill, the sounds and smells, all the thoughts associated with going to the dentist. But it really doesn’t have to be like that, modern dentistry here at Precision Dental is comfortable and easy, and especially if you’re having a problem, you want to know that you will receive prompt high quality service that will take care of your dental problem and you can walk out of the door knowing that yours needs have been fully met.
I have always endeavoured to see emergency patients on the same day that they contact us. Our appointment book has emergency clinics set aside every day just in case we receive any calls and they give enough time to actually complete remedial treatment at that appointment where possible. These appointments are also completely free of charge for patients who have joined one of the membership schemes that we operate at Precision Dental, Cosmetic and Implant Clinic, but you don’t have to be a member of our scheme to receive emergency treatment – we are an Emergency Dentist to all.
We welcome patients who are not registered with us and have a Precision Recovery Service to get you out of pain and back on track.
We have an Oral Surgeon available within a matter of days to attend to wisdom teeth or other surgical care that may be required and also a visiting Implant Dentist to ensure that our patients receive the very latest options to replace missing teeth, should they be lost as a result of trauma, tooth decay or gum disease. The membership schemes at the practice also provide cover for dental emergencies whilst the member is on holiday or visiting friends or family in the UK or worldwide also.
As a long standing dental practice in the Rotherham & Sheffield area we fully understand how painful and upsetting a dental emergency can be and how frustrating it is to try to get it treated right away. Dental pain is different for everyone, it could be something simple that we can put right for you in no time at all, but it could be a sign of a more serious condition, so please don’t treat it lightly, because we won’t.
Our highly experienced and caring team can provide emergency dental care for any of the following dental emergencies:

The most important thing for you to know as stated above, is that if you find yourself having an unfortunate dental emergency in Rotherham, you don’t need to be a member of the practice to benefit from the help and support you need for your dental emergency, just give us a call on 01709 364404 and one of our friendly team will do their best to help you get back on track to comfortable dental health again.
